Healthpartners HEALTH CHECK is a free educational program designed to make people more aware of their health and to show how simple lifestyle changes can make a real difference.

HEALTH CHECK is a fully interactive display that provides information about physical activity, managing stress and healthy eating choices. Our volunteers provide the program right in your workplace.

Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign

During the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign (GCWCC), HEALTH CHECK displays are offered to Government of Canada employees at their workplace and are available to departments/agencies upon request. Reservations for the fall start in May.

To book your HEALTH CHECK for your local campaign, contact your Provincial Coordinator.
